Founded in 1992 as a coffee trader, Haileslassie Ambaye Industrial PLC has grown to become one of Ethiopia’s premier coffee exporters. In 2005, we evolved our operations to focus on direct coffee export, establishing ourselves as a trusted partner in the global specialty coffee market.

Our Growth

Through strategic investments and augmented capital, we have expanded our operations significantly. Today, we employ 120 permanent workers and 300 temporary workers during peak seasons, creating meaningful employment opportunities in our local communities.
